mostly because Lil Duck insisted we ride the Scrambler...

Irishman was smart.
He volunteered to ride the Carousel straight out of the gate...

The Scrambler is not good.
I just can't ride things that spin and spin and spin like that anymore.
But give me a good roller coaster, and I'm all over it!
Dagnabbit I don't have an Iphone. I can't even ride the carousel anymore it makes me woozy even. But it looks like ya'll had fun.. I am kinda jealous.
aaahhh, kids and their rides. Ok, I'm still a huge kid. I love all those kinds of rides. But now I too get a little nauseated. Not fun.
You are brave ladies. I would've been on a horse too (one that doesn't even go up and down).

Carousel is about as wild as I can get... I went on a roller coaster once and it took everything I got not to barf all over the people around me...

I live next door to roller coasters and have never been on one of them. I don't do barf. But I must admit, you look like you're having a good time!
What is it about the Scrambler now that I'm old. I used to love it as a child, but now the thought of it makes my head spin and stomach churn. Great pics though. Looks like a great fall memory.

Well, at least you look like you're having fun! I can't do the spinny stuff, only up and down roller coasters. Barf Central. Even the carousel makes me dizzy sometimes!
Just reading the words "The Scrambler" made me want to barf. That ride is pure torture on a belly!
I have only been motion sick once in my life. It was from a thing called the zipper at our local carnival when I was a tween. I remember I actually laid down on the curb and begged myself to vomit. Oh I learned my lesson.... love the colors though in your pics!
I was so upset last year when I realized I've apparently gotten too old to ride all those fun rides without getting the most upset stomach! Looks like fun though :)
I LOVE fair pics. They always look a bit deranged. The rides, OH THE RIDES!! They make me want to cry. I'm in Irish's camp on this (a proud carousel rider!).
The Scramble scrambles my stomach every time! Why do they torture people with that ride?
